PRACTICAL WORK
Practical components require access to an animal regulation and management workplace. Students in local or state government animal management roles will typically complete practical activities within their existing workplace.
ONLINE DELIVERY
Students will need to complete a series of training activity books during their study. Students can log in to the student portal and submit completed work at any time. There is no set timetable — students are encouraged to complete activities as quickly or as slowly as they are able. Mentors and coaches are available online to assist, and work can be submitted as many times as required to be marked as competent in each unit.
All activities and assessments must be completed and returned before any qualification is granted.
LOGBOOKS
The logbook specifies the skills and knowledge required in each unit. There is a space for your approved workplace supervisor to sign off activities as completed satisfactorily. Your supervisor must be approved by Pegasus Equine Training prior to commencement of practical activities.
